Description |
Our
Westchester County & Fairfield County based Clients are
always seeking sharp, polished Executive Assistants to provide
support to C-level executives in various industries and departments.
The successful candidates will provide general administrative
support to executive and management. They will also become heavily
involved in departmental functions. Compensation offers a competitive
salary of $50-65K base, plus bonus great benefits, and great
working environments. |
| Primary
Responsibilities |
• Interacts regularly
with clients by phone, records detailed messages, relays client
correspondence internally as appropriate to support prompt
responses
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge and CMS records of
client names and locations
• Coordinates mass client mailings, assists with planning
and organization of client & staff dinners/luncheons,
events
• Keeps abreast of on-going projects, monitors timetable
requirements, liaises with departmental & other staff
regarding outstanding items in order to ensure that deadlines
are met
• Generates correspondence, memos, reports, statistics
as assigned by the team
• Efficiently prepares documents & tables in Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint that comply with Company standard formats
and exhibit excellence in presentation
• Assists team with business travel arrangements, directions,
itineraries
• Assists with preparation of expense reports
• Pays, monitors, and facilitates the use of proper
forms, procedures within expected timeframes. Monitors use
of supplies, forms, publications, and completes requisitions
& renewal payment form
• Maintains electronic calendars, appointment books,
& vacation schedules.
• Arranges meetings, prepares and distributes agenda
& supporting materials as required. Schedules use and
set-up of conference rooms, arranges equipment, refreshments,
takes minutes as required.

Job
Qualifications |
•
Bachelor’s degree preferred
• People skills and be at ease in conveying a professional,
courteous, & friendly manner with all levels of management.
• 3-5 years previous experience in a similar administrative
position
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel,
PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have a polished and professional demeanor |
