| Primary
Responsibilities |
•
Trade and position reconciliation
• Customer account maintenance and account transfers
• Problem resolutions entailing working with Help Desk
Staff
• Report generation and distribution management
• Reconciling external options and futures positions and
trades against internal options and futures positions and trades.
• Investigate all Clearing differences and reorganizations.
• Maintain positions in proper accounts and do transfers
when necessary.
• Resolve any accounting problems and differences in related
areas |
Job
Qualifications |
•
Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Science, or Business
• 1 year experience in Back Office operations or internship
preferred
• Detail oriented, with excellent math skills.
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word
and Excel/Lotus
• Efficiently handle multiple tasks
• Professional demeanor, self-motivated and energetic |
