Location: New York City | 65K - 75K Base + Bonus + Benefits

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Marketing Manager Retention & Loyalty in NYC (midtown). This is a newly created group within a growing Marketing department. All candidates must be customer-obsessed, data-driven and detail oriented. The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for representing marketing in product development, leading go-to-market strategies and producing all product related marketing materials for agents/brokers and existing customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing website engagement across all audiences. 65K – 75K Base + Bonus + Benefits


  • Develop marketing automation campaigns to drive submissions
  • Represent marketing in product development and innovation
  • Develop and lead the execution of go-to-market product launch/refresh plans for agents/brokers and existing customers, working cross-functionally to ensure a successful launch
  • Identify logical producer segmentations and lifecycle stages, based on data and insights, to pilot and iterate targeted campaigns against
  • Identify new initiatives to test, based on research/insights and producer feedback
  • Define campaigns and test plans that deliver relevant messages
  • Work with senior stakeholders to create, maintain, and expand producer tools and resources
  • Ensure all product information is accurate with the relevant selling points
  • Manage and maintain product pages, resource center, and documents
  • Brief cross-functional teams on copy, creative, and/or email programming needs and manage the delivery to hit project timelines
  • Measure and report on impact of project and campaign performance against key KPIs
  • Assist with broker facing events, collaborating with the events and product teams to ensure our products are represented
  • Understand the competitive landscape; become an expert on the competition


  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B or B2C marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree with marketing or equivalent related degree preferred
  • Experience with Google Analytics and writing briefs is preferred
  • Experience working in content management systems such as Drupal preferred
  • Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns a must
  • Strong project management skills. Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines while simultaneously handling multiple initiatives/projects
  • Strong listening and communication skills. Must be comfortable communicating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, with the ability to adapt your communication style and approach real-time
  • Comfortable balancing both short and long-term growth goals, supported by a commitment to a data-driven decision making process
  • Extremely comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Motivated self-starter with a genuine ‘can-do’ attitude and eagerness to collaborate, learn, and contribute.

  • Proven ability to analyze data with a desire to uncover trends

65K – 75K Base + Bonus + Benefits
