We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager in Atlanta, GA or NYC area (currently remote and hybrid schedule). The Digital Marketing Manager will lead paid and organic efforts to reach our small business customers. In this role you will oversee our performance marketing strategy and spend to drive new customers for our direct-to-consumer business. You’ll manage our agency partners for day-to-day execution of digital channels including, SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, and SEO, and will leverage data, technology, and customer insights to improve campaign efficacy. This is a great opportunity to join a growing marketing team, reporting to the VP, Growth and Lifecycle Marketing. 90K – 105K Base + Bonus + Benefits Package

Responsibilities:

  • Own the digital marketing strategy for acquiring new customers and deliver expected revenue from digital marketing channels
  • Lead and oversee execution of digital marketing plan, including SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic media
  • Drive SEO strategy including on-site, off-site, and technical. Work with content and ecommerce teams for delivery of strategy
  • Manage external paid digital and SEO agency partners, including leading weekly calls and QBRs.
  • Optimize digital marketing channels, including targeting, creative, and media mix to hit target revenue targets
  • Work with CRO team on optimization of landing pages to increase conversions rates of digital campaigns

Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years experience in digital performance marketing including budget oversight
  • Hands-on experience working with digital media platforms, including but not limited to: Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and DSPs
  • Experience with SEO strategies including content development, link-building, and knowledge of technical SEO
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and data visualization tools (i.e Google Data Studio, DOMO, Tableau)
  • Working knowledge of MarTech platforms, including but not limited to: Tag Management, Ad Serving, Data Management Platforms (DMP), CRM systems, content and personalization platforms, testing tools
  • Strong communication and time management skills. Must be able to adapt communication styles to audience and manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • A digital marketer with proven, hands-on experience in managing significant performance marketing budgets and successfully improving ROAS (return-on-ad-spend)
  • Passionate about the digital media landscape, with strong experience across SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, and SEO
  • An analytical marketer who enjoys data and can use it to spot trends, improve targeting, and optimize campaigns
