We are currently recruiting for a Group Employee Benefits Sales Manager (multiple locations available: Philadelphia, PA, Stamford, CT, Chicago, IL Cleveland, OH, Atlanta, GA or Denver, CO) to join a growing Employee Benefits team. Remote with 50% Travel in territory. ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING GROUP LIFE INSURANCE, STD & LTD AND HAVE EXISTING BROKER REALTIONSHIPS IN TERRITORY. The Group Employees Benefits Sales Manager is pivotal to driving growth while being passionate about carving out a territory and leaving a lasting impact. Compensation: 200K+ (Base + meeting sales goals)+ benefits package

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and sustain Key Broker Relationships
  • Utilize Group Market Share, MiEdge, and Salesforce analytics to bolster market footprint and sales output
  • Formulate a strategy to meet case activity objectives that resonate with the overarching strategy
  • Enhance Brand Identity by ensuring a robust, visible presence in the designated territory
  • Create a substantial pipeline
  • Secure Employee Benefit Business deals
  • Initiate new prospects and oversee their progression from inception to completion
  • Meet or exceed set activity and revenue goals
  • Host sales and product workshops as needed
  • Direct the assigned region to hit net quote activity benchmarks aligned with sales goals

Requirements:

  • A proven network of broker connections with expertise in LTD, STD, and Group Life insurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate business within the territory, yielding sales and product submissions.
  • Outstanding aptitude for nurturing relationships both internally (with colleagues and management) and externally.
  • The capacity to forge robust interpersonal connections and a cooperative approach.
  • Highly developed skills in strategizing and crafting business plans and delivering on established objectives.
  • Outstanding presentation and consultative selling skills.
  • Able to travel up to 50% to meet with targeted prospects.
  • Bachelor's Degree or any combination of education and experience.
  • Life and Health license. Minimum of two - four years of Employment Benefit Sales experience.
