We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Design Manager (based in-house) in New York City (midtown) – Hybrid schedule 3 days in-office & 2 days remote. The Marketing Design Manager will creatively use static and motion graphics, images and videos to tell our brand’s story and connect with our global audiences across all relevant print and digital platforms. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other designers and the marketing team to create holistic design solutions and assets to promote events, thought-leadership and brand positioning. You will design and manage select marketing design projects reporting to the Director of Marketing. 80K – 90K Base + Bonus + Benefits


  • Conceptualize, design and deliver creative digital and print promotional assets. Includes social media assets, ads, brochures/reports, and event materials (graphics, presentation slides, signage).
  • Manage several projects from inception to completion, including the process with each department to develop marketing and production timelines. Work directly with project stakeholders to meet goals and objectives and stay within budget.
  • Design motion graphics, infographics, info cards, email and web banners, and interactive animations.
  • Produce and/or edit videos, such as sizzle reels for event sales and social sharing.
  • Create multi-page brochure/report layouts ensuring quality and consistency, as well as accurately updating edits quickly to meet short timelines.
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with team members and other stakeholders to create consistency in message delivery, managing marketing timelines to meet goals and objectives, and ensuring all branding guidelines are maintained on digital/print communications.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming on new projects and initiatives to support other teams and the organization. Help lead the visual ideation process and develop original design solutions to meet stakeholder needs and address their challenges.
  • Contribute to and maintain growing library of branded assets.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent
  • 5-8 years experience at an agency or corporate role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a sense of visual storytelling, creative thinking and a wide range of design abilities, including static and motion graphics, typography and page layout.
  • Print production knowledge and experience with preparing files for printers.
