We are currently recruiting for a Sales Quality Assurance Analyst in the White Plains, NY Area. As a QA Analyst, you will have a unique opportunity to support the management and oversight of our distribution partners.   • Responsible for conducting ongoing oversight of distribution partners and supporting the Sales Oversight Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives
  • Perform robust sales audits of our distribution partners, manage an audit trail, analyze results, and present findings to various stakeholders
  • Assess the impact of our distribution partner sales activities on the business and recommend risk mitigation strategies that meet business needs and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Partner and collaborate with colleagues in Marketing, Operations, Claims, Risk, Legal and Compliance on various oversight activities and cross-functional projects
  • Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify trends, reach sound conclusions and deliver effective recommendations
  • Assist in optimizing the effectiveness of oversight programs and improving the department's ability to support growth opportunities
  • Communicate with our distribution partners, Account Managers and other internal colleagues to deliver feedback and reinforce compliance with regulations and internal policies


  • College degree required
  • 5+ years related work experience in US L&H in one or more of the following; Claims, Compliance, Conduct Risk or Sales Quality Assurance management required
  • Specific knowledge of US L&H insurance regulatory framework (especially in relation to distribution matters) required
  • Prior knowledge and experience overseeing sales practice risks required
  • Experience working with life and health insurance agents strongly preferred
  • Experience with sales call center environments preferred
  • Specific knowledge of Medicare and senior market sales a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of individual life and health sales practices required
  • Experience writing policies, processes and procedures at the enterprise level
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and be agile in delivering strong results with tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
