We are currently recruiting for a Sales Oversight Analyst (Life & Health Insurance) in the White Plains, NY area.  This is a great opportunity to be a part of an entrepreneurial team within a global company. Reporting to the Oversight Manager report on outcomes of oversight findings, advise on any measures taken and assist in ensuring compliance of the distribution network with regulations and internal policies. The Sales Analyst must have insurance industry experience in Compliance Management and/or Risk Management. 90K – 110K Base + Bonus + Benefits


  • Conduct ongoing oversight of distribution partners
  • Optimize robust oversight programs that consistently and effectively identify, assess and mitigate various risks
  • Carry out regular reviews of distribution partners, manage an audit trail, analyze results, and present findings to various key stakeholders
  • Assist with developing and implementing process controls and procedures capable of detecting and preventing deficiencies
  • Participate in distributor's sales calls and identify/analyze potential issues, initiate & coordinate wider audits if required
  • Partner and collaborate with colleagues in Marketing, Legal, Operations, Risk Management and Compliance on various oversight activities and cross-functional projects
  • Assess the impact of our distribution partner sales activities on the business and advise on and implement risk mitigation strategies that meet business needs and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contribute towards improving oversight operational efficiencies and become an important link between our distribution partners, our account managers and risk & compliance


  • Degree required + 3-5 years related work experience in US L&H in one or more of the following; Compliance management, Conduct Risk management, Third-party risk management, or Sales Quality Assurance management required
  • Experience with life and health insurance agents and D2C sales call center environments is required
  • Specific knowledge of US L&H insurance regulatory framework (especially in relation to distribution matters)
  • Prior knowledge and experience overseeing sales practices risk
  • Specific knowledge of Medicare and senior market sales a plus
  • Prior experience selling life and health products, and/or supervising sales is a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of individual life and health sales practices
  • Experience writing policies, processes and procedures at the enterprise level
  • Outstanding ability to use data to analyze and identify trends, risks and suggest risk mitigation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
