We are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrative Assistant in Stamford, CT (Currently remote & hybrid in-office). The Senior Administrative Assistant will support the Chief Technology Officer and another member of the Senior Leadership Team. This position will be responsible for general daily Executive support and a number of key tasks associated with the technology function such as; managing IT inventory, IT tasks related to onboarding and offboarding employees, employee equipment requests, overseeing the needs related to conference room technology and workspace scheduling software, and the employee ID badging system. The Senior Administrative Assistant will manage and maintain calendar activity, coordinate travel and respond to emails and information requests. This will include coordinating meetings and conferences with both internal and external sources and compiling information from various sources for routine inquiries and reports. 70K – 80K Base + Bonus + Benefits Package


  • Calendar management for assigned leaders: accept/decline, establish intimate knowledge of meeting requests in order to prioritize and make decisions on behalf of leaders, and proactively resolves calendar conflicts
  • Support with physical technology needs, including but not limited to all desktop, laptop, mobile, conference room AV, workspace scheduling software, employee ID badging system, visitor system and phone needs for existing employees as well as new and exiting employees and visitors
  • Manage travel & expenses for CTO and other Senior Leader
  • Create presentations, spreadsheets, and templates with limited assistance
  • Schedule detailed travel arrangements
  • Proactively identify facility, equipment, and system issues; Submits requests for equipment and system issues
  • Schedule meetings, conferences and events; interface with other assistants to coordinate schedules, reserve appropriate conference rooms, catering orders, prepare room and required materials for meetings
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes at meetings to circulate action items for follow-up
  • Manage visitors for assigned leaders; greeting visitors, booking conference rooms/workstations, etc.
  • Finalize high-level materials; review, edit, format semi-final draft materials prepared by leaders (e.g. communications, letters, PowerPoint slides, Excel exhibits) to produce a polished final product
  • Respond to inquiries (both written and verbal)
  • Share the responsibility for ordering supplies and maintaining the office break areas and pantry with other assistants
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
  • Build and maintain systems and processes as needed to address business needs
  • Assist with general office needs as well as coordinating onboarding for new team members


  • 5+ years relevant experience supporting senior level leaders
  • Demonstrated experience working with advanced versions of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Lean Management (Huddle Boards, Operational Metrics, etc.)
  • Desire to work as a true partner with the Executive and their team and can anticipate their needs
  • Collaborative approach, performs routine administrative support proactively and demonstrates openness to provide assistance as urgent situations or ad-hoc needs arise
