We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Digital Marketing Specialist in the NY area. This contract role will be approx 3 months+ starting ASAP. The office is located in NYC (Midtown) or White Plains, NY and currently mainly remote & possible in office hybrid schedule. This is a great opportunity to grow and learn in a Lifestyle Marketing Team. This role will assist marketing managers with day-to-day marketing efforts, supporting the development of complex email campaigns, newsletters, webinars and rewards programs as well as assist in the development of key cross-functional marketing operations initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will work with stakeholders to assess goals and success metrics for campaigns and help design customer experiences that drive acquisition and retention of customers. This position will report to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing. Local candidates only (NYC area - Midtown or White Plains, NY area) Mainly Remote & possible in office hybrid schedule. No relocation or sponsorship. Must be able to start quickly, commit to 3 months+ on a temporary basis. Standard corporate hours (Mon - Fri = 40 hours per week). Hourly rate $30.00 - $35.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the ideation, development and execution of email campaigns, newsletters and webinars
  • Provide support for the management of day-to-day activities for our direct and partnership channels
  • Support Lifecycle Marketing initiatives, such as journey mapping, gap analysis, roadmap and planning
  • Develop, create and/or update marketing materials, such as product and service guides and other collateral, while ensuring brand guidelines are met
  • Work with both internal and external partners to ensure campaigns and programs operate seamlessly
  • Provide support for campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Assist with cross functional marketing operations projects
  • Collaborate with various teams to bring high-quality marketing campaigns to life 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field 
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing with focus on strategy and campaign development
  • Solid knowledge of marketing operations and experience with various marketing and analytics tools, such as Eloqua, ON24, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Tableau, Workfront or Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for data analysis
  • Effective prioritization, organization and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Lifecycle marketing and/or retention & loyalty experience preferred but not necessary
