We are currently recruiting for a temporary Marketing Coordinator / Administrator in Irvington, NY (Hybrid schedule – In-office 3 days). This role will be approx. 6-7 months covering a leave (July – January). This position will be responsible for managing day to day operations for marketing, product development and all customer product offers. The product offerings will include both projects in development and GTM ready product. Job focus leans heavily on graphic artworks execution comprising of timeline build out/management, admin set-up, and inter-dept deliverable follow-up to meet defined deadlines. $24.00 - $29.00 hourly rate
Responsibilities
- Build out artworks/marketing material schedules in accordance with Product Manager briefing to ensure that all offer and/or GTM assets are met in relation to internal and external timelines (i.e., Sales is prepared for customer meetings / line reviews and mass production artworks submission for on-time goods release)
- Create inter-dept requests in accordance with Product Manager briefing/agreed upon schedule, and a formal kick-off of project via SOP (i.e., creating charts including all data relevant to the SKU for creation, copy briefing, photography requests)
- Communicate accurate sample/packaging / supporting material deadlines to appropriate stakeholders and follow-up to ensure all resources are provided in adherence with timelines.
- Track ongoing projects via Job order list to identify project status and adherence to milestones. Said tracking should include identification of missed milestones and post-mortem of cause.
- General understanding of hardgoods specs for accurate proofing of returned materials.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in communications, marketing or related field
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel and Office Applications
- Project management software knowledge is a plus (Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Project Management or related field
- Proven track record of managing communication flows, building out project trackers and managing collaborative team calendars on a daily basis
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, accuracy and completeness is critical
- Assertive and pro-active team player, highly accountable and dependable
- Ability to multi-task multiple projects simultaneously in accordance with milestones
