We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator in the Springdale, Ohio area (in-office Mon - Fri). The role is open due to growth. This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturer supporting sales and operations with administrative and project support. The Sales Support Administrator will support sales with quotes through sale & delivery, managing vendors & timelines, and providing customer service. 60K - 70K Base + Benefits Package

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer projects from quote through delivery
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes by analyzing cost inputs and project requirements
  • Coordinate and provide administrative and customer service support all sales-related activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage, source, evaluate, and communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and capabilities
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and delivery schedules with vendors
  • Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and deliverables
  • Schedule and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and production timelines
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data within internal systems/ERP
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvement solutions

Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Experience in sales support, project coordination, procurement, or manufacturing environments preferred
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
