We are currently recruiting for a Social Media Manager in NYC (Midtown) or Atlanta, GA (Dunwoody / Sandy Springs area). Hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience formulating and implementing the corporate brand's social media strategy, crafting compelling content, guiding user generated content and overseeing social media channels. The Social Media Manager will actively engage our target audience of small business owners and foster growth through effective social media marketing. 95K-115K Base + Bonus and Full Benefits Package

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with social media agency to oversee and execute our social media strategy, managing content creation, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.
  • Manage and monitor all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and Tik Tok.
  • Establish and cultivate the online community by actively engaging with comments and messages, fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Collaborate with your content, design, and communications colleagues to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Use data and audience insights to monitor social media trends, track user engagement, and analyze performance metrics to make data-informed decisions.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, platform algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends.
  • Establish key KPIs to show the impact of social media on our topline goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing corporate social media campaigns and analytics (Insurance or financial services industry experience a plus)
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate and curate engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and target audience engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dynamic, creative and values-driven culture.
